Genitor Object Web sites are designed to
require minimal browser capabilities but, at the same time, to take advantage of more
sophisticated browser capabalitites when available. Below are the minimum browser capabilities required to browse a Genitor
Object Web site.
- Frames -- The main page of an object web site
(typically default.htm or index.htm) is
actually a frame set that defines the overall layout of the web. Genitor Object Web sites
require frame support and are not compatible with very old browsers that lack frame
support.
- JavaScript -- Genitor Object Webs use
JavaScript for navigational purposes and to generate the frame set that defines the
overall layout of the web. Browsers that lack JavaScript support or have their JavaScript
feature disabled are not compatible with Genitor Object Webs.
