Sample Atlas on CD-ROM

Three prototype versions of a San Francisco TNTatlas were developed by MicroImages to illustrate the flexibility of TNTatlas to make a single CD which can be used on all Windows, Mac, LINUX, and UNIX platforms.

The contents of this sampler allow you to scroll, zoom, and overlay a variety of geographically cross-referenced raster, vector, CAD, and database materials for the San Francisco Bay Area. These georeferenced and geographically linked materials iinclude a stereo pair of SPOT panchromatic images, a SPOT color-infrared image, four USGS NAPP stereo color-infrared airphotos, all Digital Chart of the World overlays for a larger area of Northern California, nine counties of TIGER data and associated database information, USGS topographic maps of 1/24,000 to 1/1,000,000, USGS elevation rasters, and other related map and image materials.

The TNTatlas San Francisco was distributed on CD-ROM to all clients with the TNT products V4.9 in 1994, V.5.3 in 1996, and V5.5 in 1996. This CD-ROM is no longer available from MicroImages.
