Credit or prepayment terms for the sale of goods and services vary widely from nation to nation depending on legal requirements and common national financial practices.

MicroImages generally extends the privilege of credit anywhere in the world (30 days net) to any first-time buyer (reseller or direct) of the TNT products. However, as credit is a privilege, not a right, further sales on credit to any party (reseller or direct) is determined based upon their prior payment record.

MicroImages sells products directly to resellers wholesale. The reseller finances this purchase and resells the products to you at the retail prices shown here. Any reseller in good credit standing with MicroImages can purchase the TNT products according to standard U.S. credit terms (net 30 days). Each individual reseller then makes their own decision whether credit or prepayment is required for your purchase. Your reseller's decision regarding extending credit to you may be based upon several factors including:

• their credit standing with MicroImages,
• the custom of your nation,
• the current economic situation In your nation, 
• inflation rates,
• your credit standing with them.
