Using TNTsim3D? for Windows

The ideal way to visualize the true shape of your geospatial data is to combine the data with an elevation model and "fly" over and around a 3D scene, examining features from any vantage point in real time. TNTsim3D for Windows allows you to move over 3D terrains using joystick, keyboard, or mouse controls. You can control all aspects of the viewer orientation (attitude), height above the surface, and speed. Special visual effects are also available, such as automatic texture smoothing and atmospheric effects (fog / haze).

  • use DirectX or OpenGL
  • keyboard controls
  • configuring input controls
  • position status readouts
  • mouse position readouts
  • speed and height options
  • terrain quality and frame rate
  • texture smoothing
  • fog effects
  • onscreen compass graphic
