After downloading, run the installer, and then you can start TNTmips. In most cases, updates may be installed over an existing version, however, there are some cases where this will not succeed. MicroImages recommends uninstalling before reinstalling if you are running under Windows. The Download and Install FAQ page has detailed instructions on how to download, install, and run TNTmips.
